Shipping policy

Return 

To be eligible for a return, please make sure to read the following points:
1. All return items must be in NEW/ORIGINAL and resalable with all tags and original package attached.
2. Please make sure all return items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
3. We currently don't cover shipping costs. All return shipping fees are your responsibility.
4. Return packages are the customers' responsibility until they are received by us. We strongly recommend that you use a registered and traceable service or purchase shipping insurance when returning your item(s). This way you'll know that it's been delivered to us safe and sound.
5. Upon dispute, moonandbeam reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.

Overseas orders announcements

1 We don't accept returns on all overseas orders.
2 Please make sure to fill in the correct shipping information, customers will have to pay for the shipping fee and taxes if the package is returned due to the incorrect shipping information.
3 Please comment in your order if received a wrong/ faulty item.

Customs

moonandbeam.com CANNOT take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval. Any customs or import duties charged once a delivery reaches its destination country is the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and are unable to inform in advanced on what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary widely around the world. If you would like to know the cost of the duties, please contact the local customs office.
